“The Freedom Programme taught me that I wasn’t alone, I wasn’t the only woman suffering domestic violence and that being in a domestic violence relationship wasn’t what I wanted.
I found the course very helpful as I had experienced most of the warning signs but found it difficult to understand what I was going through whilst going through it. The course has helped me to be more aware of my boundaries of what I will accept in a relationship and what I don’t want.”

I have been supported by Living Keys not only on courses, but through the drop in service and attending Cherished Group, when i am not working. Living Keys have really helped and supported me through the abuse, and through various issues that i faced after my divorce.
